The OC Register posted DataQuick's home stats for the month of July. Here we go:
Based on this report, sales are still up a bit year-over-year while prices are down. We're seeing some increased activities in some of the more expensive ZIPs (Laguna Beach, Trabuco/Coto), though we wonder if they are on the relatively cheaper properties found there since we know top-of-the-market homes are not moving very quickly.
