We'll be back with a new featured South OC property very soon - with an added bonus. For properties we profile, we will be adding financial info courtesy of our friends at The Great Loan Blog. You may have already seen their contributions on Santa Monica Distress Monitor.

Along with properties, we will be posting specific minimum income and downpayment requirements, plus the monthly mortgage costs. That way, you can clearly see how all the numbers would shape out.

Per requests, South OC Real Estate Tracker has a new, easier-to-find home: http://www.southoctracker.com.

All the content from the blog is already there, and I'm still using the same publishing tool - for now, at least. So, the only difference is the Web address.

No need to update your bookmarks - even if you use the old address, it will automatically re-direct to the new site.
