This property came onto the market in May asking $2.9 million. It fell to $2.65 million in early June before completing the journey to its current price at the end of July.
The area is amazing. The house, at least from what we can see in the pictures, is also obviously well done. With this as many other properties, the question is whether someone with the cash to pull off this deal likes what they see.
Assuming the property can be sold at the low end of the asking price range, this would be $177,046 below the previous recorded sales price on Redin in later 2004, not including transaction costs or upgrade dollars spent along the way.
