We don't know what this property previously sold for, but we do know that the outstanding loans wouldn't cover the $210,000 asking price, hence this property is a short sale.
This property came onto the market listed for $350,000 in November, then went down to $295,000 ... then $250,000 ... now to the current asking price. In all, the price has been reduced $140,000 or a whopping 40% off the original asking price just about two months ago.
Does that mean if the property continues not to sell that in March it will be down to $70,000?

It should be in the $70,000 range right now. The interior is not shown so it must be pretty bad; the place looks like it's one Santa Ana wind away from blowing apart.
Yes, this place has to come down quite a bit before it would be attractive to me. It looks no more structurally sound than our cabin in HOly JIm.
I know this house and it is a tear down. The hill it's on is unbuildable. It
may not even be worth 70$k.
