I toured 880 Coast view Drive - the place was substandard in my opinion. The interior photographed well, but it was really slapped together when you looked at it in person. It almost looked like what you'd expect if a handy man tried to build a house. Sloppy. I think the seller did well at selling for $1.9M. In my opinion it is worth $1.6M!
