Our comment: This asking price was dropped a whole $5 off its original asking price of $1.3 million. We find this area - San Joaquin Estates - interesting because it is an enclave of expensive houses built at the peak. As you can see, values are falling. There also are three preforeclosures on this street (our subject property is not one of them).
