I love how the style is listed as "contemporary". In an 800 sq. foot fixer upper. Hmm... somehow I doubt it.
It looks like a train car. Maybe a buyer from Japan or San Francisco who is used to minimalist small housing may be interested.

Indeed, it is so close (what, 200 feet?) a bad accident might launch a mini-cooper into this mini-house, resulting in a mini-mini-house.
It is a good size for a garage, though.
