We usually chuckle a bit when we see awful pictures attached to listings. The photos with this Mission Viejo listing are on the opposite end of the spectrum. They're too good.
We're glad the photographer seemed to get creative and have some fun, because it doesn't appear the current owner is considering how much money they stand to lose if it sells.

As you can tell, the person who wrote the listing description was really excited based on all the punctuation!!!
The listing also says this is not a short sale. So, it appears the owner is going to take a huge loss to keep their credit standing. Just how big a loss? Well, if we assume the house sells for the current asking price, and we factor in 6% sales costs, it would mean a shortfall of $190,894 off the 2006 price of $830,000.

Still overpriced by 200K in the current environment. That listing, and the price on the house is a joke. They way overpaid if it went for 800K plus.
South OC never stops giving.
