The La Senda house has been for sale for a long long time. This is just a relisting. I've been inside it. No ocean view and it is pretty small. It is waaaay overpriced. I usually look at www.bluemove.blogspot.com for Laguna Beach info. There's a great auction report on there.

Also...when are realtors and sellers going to understand that anyone remotely interested in purchasing something is going to figure out the little realtor-DOM-relist trick? Sheesh.

Check out the association dues on 42 Chianti in Ladera Ranch. Dues are $399.00 and $347.00 and the tax rate is 1.9. OUCH!!!!
