I think it is a better information of previous last 22 days.I think it make information about real estate history.
It will be interesting to see September, October, and November 2008 sales compared to same time last year. August 07 had the credit crunch and sales fell off the cliff. 2008 same time sales will show a significant boost in numbers of sales, but this is simply due to price. The real comparison of how well we are doing is April 2008 and April 2009. Financing stabilized and prices were falling in April 2008. 2009 prices may be lower but financing is so constricted that this momentum wont keep up.
