Gang problems in South OC?

Believe it. From the OC Register:

South County gang restrictions made permanent
A Superior Court judge today made permanent injunctions against 226 alleged members of rival gangs in San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente in an effort to crack down on South County gang violence.

The decision by Judge Daniel Didier targets members of the San Juan Capistrano-based Varrio Viejo and the San Clemente-based Varrio Chico gangs. Under the terms of the injunction, alleged gang members can be arrested if they are seen hanging out together, loitering or wearing gang-type clothes in a 1.3-square-mile portion of San Juan and a 2.2-square-mile portion of San Clemente. ...
