From listing: WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE THIS UNIQUE & EXCEPTIONALLY PRIVATE ESTATE. THIS OVER 4000 SQ FT HOME W/ 3 BEDROOMS 2.5 BATHS, FORMAL DINNING ROOM AND 3 FIREPLACES. LOCATED ON 33,000 SQ FT W/ FRUIT TREES, FOUNTAINS AND MEANDERING TRAILS THROUGHOUT YOUR OWN PRIVATE PARK. PROPERTY HAS SOME HARBOR AND WHITE WATER VIEWS. KITCHEN INCLUDES GRANITE STAINLESS APPLIANCES AND WINE VAULT. WALK IN SAUNA.
What a gem of a listing description. For a house that "words can't describe," they certainly spent a long time describing it. And how many bottles does it take before a wine cellar is big enough to have the honor of being called a wine vault?Second to last thing, I promise. What kind of sauna other than walk-in is there? Sit in? Isn't the point of a sauna that you walk inside and sit down?
Looks like this house is situated on a pretty extensive lot. Not to pile on too much, but does anyone else think the outside of this property bears a striking resemblance to the Saddleback College campus?
Assuming a sale at this price, the loss would be a rather noticeable $400,700, including 6% selling costs.

incredible. Ill take the land and maybe knock down the house and start over.
I think I had a dentist appointment there once. What an institutional home.
Now I am trying picture a sauna that isn't a walk in and all I can think of is box that looks like coffin.
