That first property - you got to be kidding, right? $424,000 for THAT?

I know slum lords that wouldn't be caught dead in that property. That thing is barely worth $200,000.

the anaheim property has potential, but the price is still waaaaay too high. given the amount of work needed (landscaping, kitchen, alomst certainly baths), i agree that's a $200k house maximum. still, people are crazy.
